I hope everyone had an amazing Thanksgiving last week. This was my first Thanksgiving as a vegetarian, and it was such an awesome day of gluttony and precious time with my family. I spent the morning cooking with my Momma, and we were able to enjoy the afternoon with the family. I am so thankful for my blog, my followers, and the recent collaborations. Speaking of collaborations, this week is a continuation of my collab. with Shop Sugar Sands. There are many wonderful gift ideas for yourself or your girl squad for the upcoming holiday season. Oversized Embroidered Cargo Jacket
Cargo jackets are back in style, and I just adore them especially this Oversized Embroidered Cargo Jacket. I feel like I'm back in the 90's, which was the best decade ever! I really do enjoy bringing back all the clothing from that era. This cargo jacket is oversized for comfort, and has stellar embroidery along the sleeves. It is made of sturdy material that makes it a great piece to add into your wardrobe for the winter months. I'm also wearing the Fur Ball Velvet Choker to compliment the jacket. This choker is so stinkin' cute, and also feels like it is straight from the 90's too. To complete this look, I paired a rust-colored tee under the jacket and black combat boots.
Velvet Off The Shoulder Dress
This look is also a step back in time to the 90's. I have been waiting for crushed velvet to make a comeback. It is one of my favorite materials, and it looks beautiful on this Velvet Off The Shoulder Dress. This shift dress fits perfectly, and I really enjoy that the sleeves are cropped. I am short, so sleeve length is always a concern. Also, this dress can be worn on or off the shoulders, of course off the shoulders is always a win in my book. I paired the Textured Metal Disc Trio Choker with this dress to give it an edgier appeal, and some buckled booties to pull the entire look together.
Tribal Print Open Front Poncho
The Tribal Print Open Front Poncho is super warm and snuggly. I will be using this to wrap up on these chilly Texas winter days. This poncho is donned with a gorgeous tribal print, and is a perfect fit for my wardrobe. Being country is my roots so, I always enjoy a great country or southwestern look with a girly twist. I paired this poncho with a mint-colored cami and black jeggings for contrast. Finally to finish this look, I slapped on some knee-high brown heeled boots, and some turquoise jewelry.
Mixed Media Top
I have been wanting a mixed media top, and I finally found the perfect one. This Mixed Media Top is so pretty with the mix of ribbed cotton and chiffon. The two different materials makes this piece unique, and aesthetically pleasing. It is true to size, and is another quality piece from this company. I am also wearing the 3 Piece Faux Leather Choker Set with this shirt to add some depth. I I love that this set of necklaces can be worn together or separately. Also, I added black wedge booties and jeggings to complete this look.
