I had the opportunity to collaborate with Shop Sugar Sands. There are so many amazing pieces of clothing at this store. I will have a continuation next week with more looks. This company is an online start-up boutique owned by a fantastic woman. She started the company because the online world is thriving, and it allows her the time she needs to also be a mother. The store has straight and curvy sizes available. I will definitely be shopping here, and there are many items that are great for gifts for the up coming this Christmas season. Printed Keyhole Shift Dress |
Where has this dress been all my life? The pattern is fabulous, and everything about this dress screams boho. Also, I'm loving the keyhole detail in front. Remember ya'll, this is a shift dress, so if you want more definition size down a size, or opt to use a belt to accentuate your waist. This is my typical size, a size: 1X, and it fits true to size for a shift dress. When I styled this outfit, I wanted to show off my waist, so I added a belt. I also paired this with suede ankle booties to complete this look.
Open Front Ombre Crochet Cardigan
This cardigan is life. The ombre detail is perfectly paired with shades of wine. It is a lightweight cardigan that will be perfect to layer up in colder weather, or worn with a dainty summer dress in warmer months. I'm also digging the fringe and crochet details because I love all things bohemian. It fits true to size and fits very comfortably with my typical size: 1X. To style this outfit, I opted for an eggplant long sleeve tee because it looks amazing underneath the ombre colors. I also paired this with tan wedge booties, and a fringe gold necklace to pull this look together.
Waffle Tie-Dye Tunic
This tunic is hands down my favorite piece from this collection because everything is perfect. The navy tie-dye brings an unique look to the tunic, and I think it is the perfect tie-dye piece to be added into any wardrobe. It is great quality, and the waffle patterned material feels thicker like a nice thermal top. Omg, the fit is absolutely perfect too, and it is again in my typical size! There is elastic in the waist, which hugs my curves in a beautiful way, and flares out at the bottom. Since I am vertically challenged, I can usually get away with wearing tunics as dresses. I wore this tunic as a dress, and paired it with suede knee-high heeled boots to keep this look very boho.
Patchwork Print Mini Dress
This dress is covered with a lovely patchwork pattern, featuring olive green. The sleeves and pattern gives this dress a boho vibe. Yes, it is a dress. I made this into a cute flowy shirt by adding a belt around the waist, and pulling material out to make it flow correctly. I do love this piece as a mini dress, but also wanted to show the versatility of this item. This is a size 1X, and fits true to size. Though it does fit like a shift dress, so if you want more definition I would size down a size. As well as turning this dress into a shirt, I paired this with zippered booties, and a contrasting burgundy choker, and bracelet to compliment this look.
Bonus Outfit: Active Gear
These workout leggings are the coolest. I love the tie-up details along with magnificent colors. These are my typical size (1X), and they fit like a glove. They hold everything in, and smooth the lumps & bumps down. I will definitely be using these for walking, and doing some pilates. There are many sport bras, shirts, or a combination of both to style these leggings. I wanted to showcase these leggings, so I just paired them with a black sports bra, my running shoes, and a light jacket for when it gets chilly.
